50 Cent Reportedly Set To Perform At Donald Trump Jr.’s Exclusive D.C. Club

The Scheduled Appearance Comes After The Rapper Previously Turned Down A Multimillion-Dollar Offer To Perform At A Trump Campaign Rally

50 Cent is reportedly scheduled to perform at Donald Trump Jr.’s exclusive members-only club in Washington, D.C., on July 3, one night before America marks its 250th anniversary.

According to reporting from The Daily Beast, the Grammy-winning rapper is expected to take the stage at Executive Branch, a private Georgetown club co-owned by Trump Jr. alongside financiers Omeed Malik and Christopher Buskirk. The booking was also reported by The Independent and other outlets, with the performance described as part of an America 250 celebration.

The appearance, if it moves forward, would add another chapter to 50 Cent’s complicated public relationship with the Trump family and conservative politics. The rapper, born Curtis Jackson, has previously said he turned down a $3 million offer to perform at Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign rally at Madison Square Garden, telling “The Breakfast Club” that he was “afraid about politics.”

Inside Trump Jr.’s Exclusive D.C. Club

Executive Branch has quickly become one of Washington’s most talked-about private clubs, largely because of its price tag and its proximity to political power.

The club reportedly charges a $500,000 annual membership fee and has attracted figures connected to Trump’s political and business circles. The Daily Beast reported that the venue has become a gathering place for wealthy donors, administration allies, crypto investors and conservative power players.

Reported members and guests have included White House AI adviser David Sacks, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, State Department Under Secretary Jacob Helberg, and crypto investors Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss. The club has also reportedly hosted after-party events tied to major White House gatherings.

50 Cent would not be the first major hip-hop name connected to the venue. The Daily Beast reported that Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule and Timbaland have also performed at Executive Branch.

A Political Relationship Full Of Reversals

The reported booking stands out because 50 Cent has repeatedly tried to keep some distance from formal political performances, even while occasionally leaning into Trump-related headlines.

In 2019, the rapper said Trump’s team had offered him $500,000 to attend the 2016 inauguration, an offer he said he rejected because “every dollar is not a good dollar.”

Then in 2020, 50 Cent briefly voiced support for Trump after criticizing then-candidate Joe Biden’s proposed tax plan. The backlash was swift, and the rapper later walked back the support with a blunt social media post: “F**k Trump, I never liked him.”

By 2024, 50 Cent again found himself tied to Trump after “Many Men” became a soundtrack of sorts for some Trump supporters following the assassination attempt against the former president. The rapper later said he had been approached about performing at the Republican National Convention and at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally, but declined.

“I’m afraid about politics,” he said at the time, pointing to how quickly artists can become consumed by political controversy once they step into that arena.

Management Has Not Commented

As of Tuesday, 50 Cent’s management had not publicly commented on the reported Executive Branch performance.

That silence leaves the appearance in familiar territory for the rapper: somewhere between business move, political headline and cultural curveball.

For an artist who once said “every dollar is not a good dollar,” a reported performance at one of Trumpworld’s most exclusive clubs is already drawing attention before he even touches the mic.’
