Outdoor Movies Are Back at Mission Marquee Plaza- Saturday, May 17

San Antonio’s beloved outdoor movie series returned this past Thursday with Grease at Mission Marquee Plaza. This weekend, Saturday, May 17th, Star Wars: The Force Awakens will light up the screen as families gather under the stars for another free, open-air screening. Bring a blanket, snacks, or grab something from local food trucks.

Mission Marquee Plaza Brings Back Free Outdoor Movie Nights for 2025

Free Movie at Tower of the Americas – May 17

Wicked kicks off the Tower of the Americas’ “Cinema in the City” movie series this Saturday. It’s free and family-friendly, with food and drinks available for purchase.

Asian Festival Returns – May 24

Civic Park welcomes back the San Antonio Asian Festival with food, culture, and live performances representing dozens of Asian communities.

San Antonio Summer Youth Program Open for Registration

Summer is almost here, and San Antonio’s 2025 Summer Youth Program is keeping kids engaged citywide. Children ages 6–12 (school sites) and 6–14 (community centers) can enjoy full-day activities including sports, arts, and STEM projects.
