Do you need help during COVID-19?

If you are worried about housing their are city resources to help! The City of San Antonio offers Rental/Mortgage Assistance by calling 210-207-5910. Please call to verify your eligibility. You may also visit here for more information on housing assistance.

Need a doctor or test for COVID-19? Testing sites are all around the city. Start by calling 210-207-5779 to locate the nearest testing site to you. For Prescription assistance call 2-1-1 and if you need Mental Health Support you can reach those resources 24/7 by dialing 833-966-1919.

Need help paying bills or filing a tax return? The city also has you covered with resources. The Financial Empowerment Centers offer free one-on-one counseling. Visit www.sanantoniofec.org or call 210-431-4425 for more information.

For utility assistance contact the DHS Utility Assistance Center at 210-207-7830 or visit them here. Unemployment is at a higher percentage meaning residents need help. For unemployment benefits please call 1-800-939-6631 or visit twc.state.tx.us/.

Childcare is a necessity, are you an essential worker having trouble locating a safe place to take the kids? The Emergency Child Care for Essential Workers program can help our essential workers find appropriate child care by calling 2-1-1.
