Megan Thee Stallion to Host Global Music Face-Off in KPOPPED

‘KPopped’ Trailer: Megan Thee Stallion & Psy Lead Star-Studded Apple TV+ K-Pop Competition Series

A high-energy, genre-blending showdown is coming to Apple TV+ this summer with KPOPPED, an eight-episode music competition series hosted by Megan Thee Stallion and K-pop legend PSY. Produced by music icon Lionel Richie and Megan herself, the show aims to bridge cultures by pairing top Western artists with elite K-pop groups for a reimagining of their most iconic hits.

Set in Seoul, South Korea, each episode will feature teams battling it out on stage before a live audience, creating new K-popped versions of classic songs like “Ice Ice Baby,” “Savage,” “Motownphilly,” and “Can’t Get You Out of My Head.”

K-Pop Meets Pop Culture in a First-of-Its-Kind Music Competition

From Lady Marmalade to Waterfalls, Wannabe to Savage, the tracks reimagined in KPOPPED are a celebration of global sound, legacy, and performance. With choreography, stage design, and unexpected collaborations, the show aims to blend fanbases and cultures into something entirely new.

Comedian Soojeong Son (Servant, Search Party) joins the show as a co-host, bringing humor and sharp commentary to the stage battles.

When and Where to Watch

All eight episodes of KPOPPED will premiere exclusively on Apple TV+ on August 29, offering an immersive binge-watch experience for fans of K-pop, pop, hip-hop, and everything in between.
