City of San Antonio, Parks and Recreation Is Hiring Lifeguards
Summer is upon us and The City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department is looking for you to join their Aquatics team! Lifeguards are encouraged to apply and attend one of the many clinics that will be announced leading up to the pool season.
Clinics will be held on the following first Saturdays at the San Antonio Natatorium, 1430 W. Cesar E. Chavez Blvd from 12pm – 2pm:
- April 1, 2023
- May 6, 2023
At the event, applicants can learn more about becoming a lifeguard and meet current lifeguards. Applicants will have access to a computer to complete the on-line application and they are encouraged to take the required prerequisite skills test.
SA Parks & Rec release the following information: “Interested in joining our amazing Aquatics team? Attend our Lifeguard Clinic to learn all about available positions, pay rates, and how to become a Lifeguard!
Clinics provide a great opportunity to complete the prerequisites and in-water skills test for enrollment into our lifeguard training classes. 
After the clinic, representatives from our Human Resources Department will be onsite assisting applicants interested in joining our Aquatics team.
