VIA News Release — The Randolph Transit Center is being upgraded with new larger waiting areas, restrooms, next bus arrival kiosks, free Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Beginning Monday, July 22, 2024, the Customer Service center will be closed, and the stops will be relocated to the edge of the facility closest to Randolph Blvd. Customer Service Ticket window will reopen on August 5th.
El Centro de Tránsito Randolph se está actualizando con nuevos salones de espera más grandes, baños, quioscos con información de llegada del próximo autobús, Wi-Fi gratis y otras comodidades. A partir del lunes 22 de julio de 2024, el centro de Atención al Cliente estará cerrado y las paradas de autobús se trasladarán al área de la instalación más cercana a Randolph Blvd. Ventanilla de atención al cliente reabrirá el 5 de Agosto.
