New Years Eve in Downtown San Antonio Is the Place to Be for All Families to Celebrate
There are a lot of options to ring in the New Year this NYE in San Antonio, but you also have an invite from the San Antonio’s Parks Foundation to come celebrate downtown! The NYE event, the city’s official event, Celebrate SA kicks off at 6pm, December 31st. This event is free and open to the public.
Celebrate SA’s entertainment is packed with a carnival to include attractions, rides and games, live entertainment on the Main Stage, fireworks and so much more.
The carnival will be located on the corner of S. Alamo St., and Cesar Chavez Blvd. Walking along South Alamo and Villita away you will find plenty of food options and artisan vendors.
Live music from the Main Stage at the Arneson River Theater includes DJ Isaiahfromtexas, John Charlie’s Heavy Love and Eddie & The Valiants. Riverwalk sets will also be happening featuring LA45, DJ Lovedocument and JOAQUIN. The fireworks show will begin at midnight.
Throughout Celebrate SA’s celebration, Studio Avi SA’s Avi Showman Elite performance company will be performing, be sure to catch them!
