Allred On The Ground With Texas Voters

Allred Holds 13 Rallies and Town Halls Across Texas as Senate Campaign Gains Momentum

Colin Allred has his boots on the ground these recent weeks, holding 13 rallies and town halls to connect directly with Texans. From Amarillo to San Antonio, he has been making his case for the Senate seat currently held by Republican John Cornyn, who is seeking a fifth term with Trump’s endorsement.

“All across this state, Texans are telling me about what keeps them up at night — from the price of groceries to the future of our democracy,” Allred told supporters. “I’m running for Senate laser-focused on lowering costs for everyday Texans and unrigging a system that only works for a wealthy few.”

Focusing on Costs, Health Care, and Corruption

At each stop, Allred has emphasized lowering costs, expanding access to health care, and rooting out corruption in Washington. He has criticized Donald Trump’s tariffs for driving up grocery bills and called out Republican tax policies that threaten health care coverage for 1.7 million Texans. Allred has also warned against GOP-led gerrymandering, saying it undermines fair representation and erodes democracy in Texas.

Building Support From Amarillo to the San Antonio

Since launching his campaign, Allred has already connected with Texans at rallies and town halls in:

  • Amarillo
  • Abilene
  • Alamo (Rio Grande Valley)
  • Dallas
  • Denton
  • Fairview
  • Fort Bend
  • Fort Worth
  • Houston
  • Irving
  • Lubbock
  • San Antonio
  • Waco

His campaign says more stops are planned, keeping him on the ground as the Democratic primary field grows with Former astronaut Terry Virts and State Rep. James Talarico also in the race.

With Cornyn running for reelection and Attorney General Ken Paxton mounting his own Republican challenge, Texas is bracing for another high-stakes contest that could reshape the unchecked powers in Washington.
