The City of San Antonio has launched a revamped version of the 311SA Mobile App, offering residents a streamlined way to request services, report issues, and track their submissions in real time. “On this 3-11 Day, we urge residents to download the 311SA app,” said Paula Stallcup, Director of 311 Customer Services. “It is the most convenient way to report issues, improve your neighborhood, and engage with your City government.”
