Here’s a guide to major store closures and hours for Thanksgiving and Black Friday this year:
H-E-B: Open Thanksgiving Day from 6 a.m. to noon for last-minute essentials, pharmacies will be closed. Curbside service runs from 7 to 11 a.m., while delivery is available from 7 to 10 a.m. Black Friday hours resume as normal, with curbside and delivery starting at 9 a.m.
Walmart: Closed on Thanksgiving but reopens at 6 a.m. on Black Friday.
Walgreens: Most Walgreens locations will be closed but nearly all 24-hour locations will remain open
CVS: Varies by location
Target: Closed on Thanksgiving but reopens customers can still shop online or via the Target app. Doors will reopen early the next morning at 6 a.m. local time on Black Friday, Nov. 29.
Dollar General: Out of flour on Thanksgiving? Dollar General will be open on Thanksgiving from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
