Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.’s National Day of Service Honoring Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune
Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.’s San Antonio Metropolitan Chapter, continued honoring one of their national themes of “Celebrating our Legacy, TLOD Transforming Lives, Making a Difference, One Teen, One Lady, and One Community at a Time.”
Chapter Ladies and Lords honored Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune by participating with the Human Services of the City of San Antonio, Texas Workforce Commission Partnership Program, and Jacob’s Chapel United Methodist Church’s Resource Hub Outreach Ministry by providing showers, connections to city services, haircuts, clothing, and food to homeless people in need in the San Antonio community.
This service is available bi-weekly the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. was chartered in the State of Texas on September 8, 1964, as a non-profit educational, humanitarian organization.
Membership in TLOD has grown to include thousands of dedicated, concerned, hardworking members throughout the United States.
