The 28th Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival Is July 15 & 29
Emmy-award and Grammy-nominated artists will headline long-awaited summer jazz festival
The 28th Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival’s stellar line-up of dynamic national and local artists will occur this July. The festival has captivated jazz aficionados from in and around Texas where regulars, or “jazz babies,” grab their favorite spots along the edge of the sparkling reflecting pool and fountains of the city’s main hub.
The event will provide free family-friendly, high-quality music for all to enjoy and welcomes the sights and sounds of their signature jazz music, bringing residents and visitors from all over South Texas to experience the city’s charm and hospitality over these two weekends.
Rob Zinn and Jeff Ryan will headline the show on July 15, with Tony Saunders opening. Peter White will headline the show on July 29, with local opener Johnny P & the Wiseguys. Together, these artists make up a group of Emmy Award-winning, Grammy-nominated, Billboard-charting musicians.

Wonderland of the Americas is located at the intersection of IH-10and Loop 410, just a few minutes from downtown San Antonio, and minutes from the South Texas Medical Center.
COST: Free and open to the public
Food and beverage vendors will be on site. Attendees can also visit the Food Court inside Wonderland of the Americas. Coolers, outside food and drinks are not allowed at the Amphitheater.
