San Antonio Parks and Recreation Welcomes the Summer Season with the Opening of 11 Pre-season City Pools
As the scorching Texas summer approaches, San Antonio residents have a reason to rejoice. The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department has announced the opening of 11 pre-season city pools, offering a refreshing escape from the heat and a chance to make a splash.
These pre-season pool openings serve as a preview of the summer pool season, allowing residents to enjoy the facilities before they officially open in full swing. The pools will provide a much-needed respite for families and individuals seeking relief from the sweltering temperatures.
Pools opened last Saturday, May 20th and will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 – 7 p.m. parks and Rec requires appropriate swimwear while children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. These public pools are free entry.
