According to OnlyFinder Americans Spent $4.82 Billion on OnlyFans as San Antonio Reached $35.34 Million in 2026
Americans accounted for nearly two-thirds of worldwide spending on OnlyFans, while San Antonio users spent an estimated $35.34 million, according to a newly released analysis of the subscription platform’s global economy.
The OnlyFans Wrapped 2026 study, published by OnlyFinder on Sept. 10, estimates that fans worldwide spent $7.8 billion on the platform. The United States generated approximately $4.82 billion—or 62% of the global total.
That means American users spent more on OnlyFans than users in the other 212 markets included in the study combined.

United States Dominates Global Spending
The United States ranked first in spending relative to its adult population, with an estimated $180,513.82 spent for every 10,000 adults. That represented an 8.04% increase from approximately $167,075.27 per 10,000 adults during the previous year.

Finland ranked second at $106,214.40 per 10,000 adults, followed by Ireland at $80,860.80. According to the analysis, U.S. spending per 10,000 adults was approximately 70% higher than Finland’s.
The United Kingdom was the world’s second-largest market by total spending, but its estimated $352.2 million amounted to less than one-tenth of the American total.
OnlyFinder also found a major difference between online interest and actual payments. The United States generated approximately 31.9% of worldwide Google search traffic connected to OnlyFans but accounted for 62% of spending. Europe represented about 33% of search traffic and 22% of spending.

Washington, D.C., Spent $16.79 Million
Washington, D.C., recorded an estimated $16.79 million in total OnlyFans spending, falling 5.38% from $17.74 million during the previous year.
Despite that decline, the District of Columbia recorded the highest estimated spending relative to its adult population among the states and Washington, D.C.
Spending in the District reached approximately $274,413.96 for every 10,000 adults. The per-adult figure was down 8.99% from $301,514.76.
The percentages differ because the $16.79 million figure measures total estimated spending, while the $274,413.96 figure adjusts the spending estimate based on the District’s adult population.
California was the country’s largest state market by total dollars, generating an estimated $617.2 million—or approximately 13% of all U.S. spending. Colorado recorded the fastest state-level growth, increasing 32.58% to an estimated $115.3 million.
Texas ranked No. 20 among the states and Washington, D.C., in per-adult spending. Texans spent an estimated $180,327.49 for every 10,000 adults, an 11.91% increase from $161,139.80.

San Antonio Spending Climbed to $35.34 Million
San Antonio residents spent an estimated $35.34 million on OnlyFans, according to the city-level data.
That was an increase of approximately $4.35 million—or 14.03%—from the city’s estimated $30.99 million during the previous year.
San Antonio’s total was more than twice the estimated $16.79 million spent in Washington, D.C. However, the two cities have different adult populations, making the study’s per-10,000-adult figures a more direct measurement of spending intensity.
BEXAR COUNTY, TX
When adjusted for population, San Antonio’s estimated spending reached $295,067.60 for every 10,000 adults, compared with $258,765.90 previously.
The city’s per-adult rate was approximately 64% higher than the overall Texas figure of $180,327.49 per 10,000 adults. It was also nearly 64% higher than the national estimate of $180,513.82.
San Antonio’s $295,067.60 per-adult figure also exceeded Washington, D.C.’s $274,413.96. San Antonio’s rate increased 14.03%, while the District’s rate declined.
San Antonio did not lead the country in per-adult city spending. Portland, Oregon, recorded the highest city rate included in the study at approximately $455,291 for every 10,000 adults.

Figures Are Estimates Based on a Financial Model
The city, state and country figures should be understood as modeled estimates—not direct location-by-location payment totals released by OnlyFans.
OnlyFinder anchored the global total to financial statements filed by OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Ltd., with the United Kingdom’s Companies House. Those accounts reported approximately $7.765 billion in fan payments during the fiscal year ending Nov. 30, 2025.
The study labels the allocations as its 2026 figures because the analysis was produced and released in 2026, although its worldwide financial foundation comes from the most recently reported fiscal year.
OnlyFinder then estimated the geographic distribution using Google Ads search-volume data, income information and conversion data from its advertising network. The company analyzed more than 177 million keyword, location and monthly-search data points involving 14,527 OnlyFans-related keywords.
OnlyFans retains approximately 20% of payments processed through the platform, while creators receive the remaining 80%. Based on the study’s figures, creators received approximately $6.2 billion of the $7.8 billion spent.
