Get Your Ears On! Will Bring Costumed Characters, Live Performances, Trick-Or-Treating, Contests and Prizes to San Antonio for a Two-Day Family Event
Halloween is arriving early at Rolling Oaks Mall with a free, Disney-themed weekend featuring character appearances, live entertainment, costume contests and trick-or-treating.
Get Your Ears On! Halloween Edition will take place Saturday, Sept. 12, and Sunday, Sept. 13, at the mall, located at 6909 N. Loop 1604 E. in San Antonio.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Families are encouraged to attend in costumes inspired by Disney, Halloween or their favorite spooky characters.
Characters, Performances and Shopping
The weekend will feature artists, makers and vendors alongside family activities and opportunities to take photographs with costumed characters.
Scheduled appearances include Mickey and Minnie in Halloween costumes, as well as Bluey and Bingo. The Sanderson Sisters of ATX will present live performances during both days of the event.
Saturday’s schedule includes bingo with prizes at 1 p.m., a Sanderson Sisters performance at 2 p.m. and a children’s costume contest at 3 p.m. Trick-or-treating will begin at 11 a.m. and continue while candy supplies last.
On Sunday, bingo with prizes will begin at 2 p.m., followed by a Sanderson Sisters performance at 3 p.m. An adult costume contest offering a cash prize is also planned.
The event is free and open to the public. Families attending the trick-or-treating activities are encouraged to bring their own treat bags.
