The Two Surviving Members Of Migos Are Planning One More Album And Tour After Years Of Tension, Separate Solo Careers And Signs Of A Renewed Partnership
Quavo says Migos is coming back one more time.
The Atlanta rapper confirmed that he and Offset plan to reunite for a final Migos album and tour, nearly four years after the death of fellow group member Takeoff.
“We coming back,” Quavo said during an interview with Atlanta radio personality DJ Greg Street on V-103. “We’re going to do it one more time.”
Quavo also said the reunion will include a tour.
“We going to tour. We going to do it right,” he said, according to Complex.
No release date, album title or tour schedule has been announced.
Migos Plans Final Chapter After Years Apart
The planned album would be the first Migos project since “Culture III,” which was released in June 2021 and marked the trio’s final studio album while Takeoff was alive.
“Culture III” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and continued a run that helped make Migos one of the most influential rap groups of its generation. It remains unclear whether the new album could include previously recorded vocals from Takeoff.
Quavo, Offset and Takeoff had spent years together as Migos before tension within the group became public and the members began moving in different directions.
Quavo and Takeoff released the joint album “Only Built for Infinity Links” in October 2022. Takeoff was fatally shot in Houston less than a month later at age 28.

Offset continued his solo career and released “SET IT OFF” in 2023.
Quavo and Offset Had Already Begun Reconnecting
Signs of a reconciliation between Quavo and Offset began emerging after Takeoff’s death.
The two reunited publicly during the 2023 BET Awards, where they honored Takeoff with performances of “HOTEL LOBBY” and Migos’ breakout hit “Bad and Boujee.” Speculation about another Migos project grew again this year after Quavo shared a post referencing a Takeoff album, another “Unc N Phew” project and a “LAST” album.
Offset responded by posting a photo of all three Migos members with the words, “On dat.”
Quavo and Offset were also later seen together in the studio, further fueling expectations that the two were preparing new music.
The reunion would close another chapter for a group that helped push Atlanta’s trap sound deeper into mainstream hip-hop.
Migos built a catalog that included “Bad and Boujee,” “T-Shirt,” “Stir Fry,” “MotorSport” and “Walk It Talk It,” while the group’s “Culture” albums helped cement Quavo, Offset and Takeoff as major figures in modern rap.
