San Antonio Residents Invited to Free Health Fair at Cross Roads Church
San Antonio residents are invited to attend a free Community Health Fair hosted by Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cross Roads Church, located at 8102 Midcrown Drive.
The event, themed “Three Chapters, One Purpose: Together Living Our Dreams,” aims to connect families, seniors and individuals with valuable health information and community resources while promoting healthier lifestyles throughout the city.
