Bexar County voters will have an opportunity to meet judicial candidates and hear directly from those seeking positions on the bench ahead of the Nov. 3 election.
A Meet & Greet the Candidates for Bexar County Judicial Positions will be held Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the D.R. Semmes Family YMCA at Tri-Point, 3233 N. St. Mary’s St.
Voters Get A Chance To Meet Judicial Candidates
The event is designed to give voters an opportunity to hear from and meet candidates running for Bexar County judicial positions before casting their ballots.
Judicial races can receive less attention than contests at the top of the ballot, but the courts handle cases and legal disputes that directly affect Bexar County residents. Bexar County’s court system includes numerous district and county courts as well as Justice of the Peace courts.
The gathering provides voters with another opportunity to learn about the people seeking those positions before Election Day.
